Open meeting: Ideas and suggestions for environmental assessment
The information meeting is part of the first public hearing phase, also called a concept consultation. The meeting is open to everyone. It is particularly aimed at representatives of relevant authorities and organisations, or citizens who want more information before they submit their ideas and suggestions for the content of the Danish Energy Agency’s environmental assessment of the plan for the North Sea Energy Island.

The consultation material was published on the Danish Energy Agency website on 22 August 2022: Miljøvurdering af planen for Energiø Nordsøen | Energistyrelsen (ens.dk)

Deadline for responses to consultation
The concept consultation process starts on 22 August, and you can submit your ideas and suggestions for the environmental assessment to the Danish Energy Agency up until 12.00 noon on 26 September, at: hoeringenergioe@ens.dk

It is important that you submit your input in writing before the deadline if you want your contribution to be included in the further process. Information and dialogue at the online meeting serves as a supplement to and possible preparation for writing consultation responses, and will thus not be included in the further process.
