PROCEDURE FOR GRID CONNECTION AND SCREENING AGREEMENTS

Connection of PtX plants follows the processes already established for grid connection.

Energinet connects PtX plants to the transmission grid following a technical and cost-benefit assessment.

However, enquiries about grid connection must first be directed to the local grid company, which will make arrangements with Electricity Grid Planning at Energinet. Screening can then be completed on Energinet’s third-party portal.
