Energinet’s headquarters is located in Erritsø by Fredericia. Additionally, Energinet has seven fully staffed locations in Denmark.

Energinet’s headquarters is located in Erritsø by Fredericia.
This is where you will find our electricity system and gas system control centres which are manned 24-hours a day. Energinet’s headquarters also houses most departments related to the electricity sector (such as the electricity market, electricity transmission, system operations and development), management support functions (executive secretariat, communications and HR), and a number of supporting departments (IT, finance, legal, procurement and facility services). Energinet’s employees cover a wide area of expertise, including our administrative and technical staff, engineers, economists, IT specialists and executives.

Ballerup
Most of Energinet’s gas market and gas system operations are located in Pederstrup by Ballerup. Additionally, our Ballerup location houses operation and maintenance for the electricity grid East of Great Belt.
