As the new requirements for FCR will enter into force on the 1st of September 2023, Energinet wants to give information on how the national implementation will be handled.
The workshop will be held in English to ensure equal distribution of information. It will be possible to participate both virtual and physical in Energinets head office (Tonne Kjærsvej 65, 7000 Fredericia). We encourage physical participation to create a better environment for discussions. There is a maximum of physical participation of 30 people and it will be decided based on first come, first served. In the registration it will be possible to note if you will participate virtual or physical.
At the meeting the agenda will be as follows:
1. Introduction
Why do we need new requirements?
2. Presentation of the new requirements
How does the new requirements differ from the current ones? We will try to simplify the requirements and have a discussion on how they affect specific units. Energinet is in the process of developing a national prequalification document, which will be shared prior to the workshop.
3. Live go-through of FCP tool
The FCP tool will be used when prequalifying units on the new requirements. Energinet will show and tell how it works.
4. Audits and monitoring
How will the new requirements affect the monitoring?
5. LER requirements
What are the new requirements for LER units?
6. FCR-D quota
Will there be a quota on static FCR-D?
7. Time for questions and comments.
If you find other relevant topics missing on the agenda, please reach out to klj@energinet.dk, and we will try to include it.
