Board of Directors
Energinet’s Board of Directors sets the strategy for Energinet on behalf of our owner and contribute to the evolution of our company.
The Board of Directors monitors the day-to-day management by the executive board
The Board of Directors has 11 members. Eight of these members are appointed by the Energy, Utilities and Climate Minister and the remaining three are employee representatives. The employee representatives are appointed for a four-year term and have the same rights, obligations and responsibilities as the other members.
