What is a certificate?

A certificate encrypts the messages you send to DataHub and makes sure that you are the one you claim to be.

 

Who needs a certificate?

Network companies and electricity suppliers need a certificate when communicating with DataHub.

 

How many certificates are required?

You must have 2 certificates - one when testing your IT system against DataHub and one after completing the test and ready to go into production.

 

How to get a certificate?

To obtain a certificate, please contact a certificate provider. The following certificate providers are supported in DataHub:
