SECOND REVISED PROPOSAL ON SEASONAL GAS TARIFFS DURING THE REDEVELOPMENT OF THE TYRA PLATFORM

The proposal on seasonal gas tariffs published on 20 February 2019 did not fully comply with the Tariff Network Code (TAR NC). Consequently, Energinet Gas TSO has revised the proposal.

At Shippers’ Forum on 7 March 2019 Energinet Gas TSO informed, that in our legal assessment of the proposal on seasonal gas tariffs, we discovered that the proposal did not fully comply with TAR NC. Consequently, Energinet Gas TSO now publish a second revised proposal on seasonal gas tariffs.

This proposal is aligned to comply with Article 14 and 15 in TAR NC. Following the calculation methods given in TAR NC the proposed firm capacity charges/reservation prices for short term products now are:

Second revised proposal of seasonal gas tariffs (in Entry and Exit Ellund)
