Quantity

This call for tenders relates to the purchase of natural gas up to 600 GWh.

Delivery point, delivery date and delivery profile

The natural gas is to be delivered to Energinet Gas TSO at the storage point (as a transfer at the storage point).

The transfer of stored natural gas is to be nominated in the first hour of the gas day on 1 May 2019 or on 1 June 2019.

Bids

This call for tenders follows a pay-as-bid principle. No bid in this call for tenders must be less than 10,000,000 kWh or more than 50,000,000 kWh.

Bids must be specified in the spreadsheet and returned to Energinet Gas TSO via e-mail addressed to noedforsyning@energinet.dk.

If necessary to buy a specific volume, Energinet Gas TSO is entitled to split a bid. For each bid in the spreadsheet, it is possible for the bidder to indicate whether the bid is an all or none bid or not. By default, the bids are not set to ‘All or None’. To indicate that a bid is all or none, the bid must be marked with ‘Yes’ in the ‘All or None’ column. If a bid is marked with ‘Yes’ in the ‘All or None’ column either the whole volume indicated in the bid will be accepted or the bid will not be accepted at all.

Only when you have received a confirmation by e-mail your bids will be considered. The confirmation e-mail will be submitted to you no later than ten minutes after the bid submission deadline stated below. Please contact Energinet Gas TSO if you do not receive a confirmation for your bids to be considered.

Please note that Energinet Gas TSO will consider alternative options for purchase in the validation of bids. Thus, Energinet Gas TSO reserves the right to reject any or all bids received.

Price

To be given in DKK, exclusive of VAT and taxes.

Bid submission deadline

The bid submission deadline is 12 April 2019 at 12.00 (CET).

Bids must be submitted to noedforsyning@energinet.dk. Energinet Gas TSO will announce the result direct to the bidders no later than 12 April 2019 at 15.00 (CET).
