Rules for Gas Transport version 19.0 is now available for players on the Danish Gas Market to comment on.

Energinet Gas TSO is pleased to publish an English non-binding version of Rules for Gas Transport (RFG) version 19.0.

On the right side of this page you will find links to the non-binding draft version of Rules for Gas Transport version 19.0 in one clean version and one compare version. The compare version indicates the revisions made from the previous version of the rules, Rules for Gas transport version 18.1.

One significant change and other adjustments in RFG version 19.0 compared to RFG 18.1

The most significant change to the rules is the introduction of interruptible over-nomination at the border point to Germany. Interruptible over-nomination is capacity allocated within-day based on nominations above booked capacity if additional capacity is available. This change will be presented in detail at the next shippers' forum on 5 September 2019 under the presentation regarding market meassures introduced to meet the period of the redevelopment of the Tyra-platform.

These are the changes in the new version of RfG:

  • Introduction of interruptible over-nomination at Ellund
  • Credit check added in relation to secondary trades at PRISMA
  • Nomination fee removed in accordance with the price list
  • General restructuring of chapter 17 and 18 to reflect the structure of the pricelist
  • Limitation in ways to provide security in relation to credit
  • Varios minor changes

The final version of Rules for Gas Transport version 19.0 will enter into force on 1 October 2019.
