Which capacity platform should be chosen for the Baltic Pipe?

An interconnection point between two market areas can only have one capacity platform. Energinet uses the PRISMA platform and GAZ-SYSTEM uses the GSA Platform for this purpose today, so it needs to be agreed which of the two platforms should be in place for the interconnection point between Denmark and Poland.

To support the choice of a platform, GAZ-SYSTEM and Energinet are happy to invite shippers in both countries to attend one of two joint workshop sessions, one in Poland and one in Denmark, to discuss the market opinion on which platform is preferred by the different stakeholders in the market, and why.

The two workshops will take place on the following dates:

  • The 2nd December 2019 from 14:30 – 16:00 in Poland (at GAZ-SYSTEM offices at Mszczonowska 4  in Warsaw), after the GSA Platform Forum in the morning.
  • The 5th December 2019 from 11:00-12:30 in Denmark (at Energinet offices at Pederstrupvej 76 in Ballerup), before the Shippers Forum in the afternoon.
