Energinet Online will not be available between Wednesday 4 March 2020, 08:00 and until 5 March 2020 08:00. As this may effect on market players normal way of operating we have put together a few guidelines for market players to follow.

How to balance

The green band for the Gas Day 04-03-2020 will be published at Energinet Online as usual at 06:45. Online users will receive an SMS at 07:45 stating the span of the green band. From 08:00 the green band will no longer be visual at Energinet Online.Energinet may trade if the gas system is in the yellow zone, as usual. Shippers will receive notification of this by text message as always. If Energinet decides to trade Shippers will receive notice of the traded price by text message.Imbalance for the Gas day 04-03-2020 will be settled in accordance with applicable prices for balancing gas.

Purchase of capacity

If a Shipper needs to purchase short term capacity, that normally would be offered at Energinet Online, the Shipper will need to order the capacity manually by sending an e-mail to kontrolcentergas@energinet.dk followed by a phone call to Kontrolcenter Gas tel: +45 70 70 19 61. Deadline for capacity booking follows the deadlines set out in Rules for Gas Transport, 5. Capacity Agreements in the Transmission System, 5.3.4 Deadlines

Nomination

Nominations received by XML will not be affected. Shippers that normally use Energinet Online for nomination will during the downtime of Energinet Online need to nominate by sending an email to kontrolcentergas@energinet.dk followed by a phone call to Kontrolcenter Gas. +45 70 70 19 61 following the deadlines set out in Rules for Gas Transport 19.0, 6.
