Operational changes effecting Shippers from 1 October 2022
As the coming Gas Year is approaching with rapid speed, we wish to inform Shippers of changes to Energinet’s IT systems and processes that are important and in some instances requires action from Shippers.
Energinet is replacing our back-end market system (IT) together with the self-service portal Energinet Online. The replacement will take effect on the commencement of the Gas Day 01-10-2022 06:00 CEST.
Although no downtime is expected on either systems there are some changes Shippers need to be aware of and also some minor actions Shippers will need to take.
Listed below are the changes that Shippers need to be aware of:
- New Energinet Online Portal
- Shipper Contract Contacted changed to Shipper Administrator
- All capacity will be marketed at PRISMA and/or GSA Platform
- Capacity invoicing for October postponed
- Energy balance and invoices (historic)
- Register of Relations
- Public Data
- Extended office hours 1-2 October
The changes are elaborated in the document on the right side of this page. The document has been sent to all Shipper Administrators (former Shipper Contract Contact) by email.
Also, we wish to bring your attention to the current Market Consultation on the General Term and Conditions for Gas Transport 22.00 as there are several changes compared to previous years including the implementation of the new Balancing Model which will take effect on the 1 October 2022.
