Non-transmission tariffs will not be charged for October

Due to the delay of the upstream part of the Baltic Pipe project, the non-transmission tariff (covering upstream costs) will not be invoiced for October month.
The upstream part of the Baltic Pipe was ready on 1 November, and will therefore not be charged for October
The capacity invoices for October will be forwarded later today.
