Energinet is pleased to publish the final and legally binding version of the General Terms and Conditions for Gas Transport version 23.0 which will be effective from 1 October 2023.

Smaller adjustments and an intensified appeal to Shippers to be in balance.

This year’s adjustment to the General Terms and Conditions for Gas transport compared to the previous version mainly consists of smaller adjustments such as added abbreviations, the Danish Natural Gas Act being changed to Danish Gas Supply Act and update of definitions.

Also, there are made changes to Chapter 9 Balancing as an intensified appeal to Shippers to be in balance have been added following dialogue with the Danish Utility Regulator.
