Energinet is pleased to publish the non-binding version of the General Terms and Conditions for Gas Transport for market consultation. This before the publication of the binding version ultimo September 2023.

On the right side of this page, you will find links to the non-binding version of the General Terms and Conditions for Gas Transport version 23.0 in a compare version. The compare version indicates the changes made from the previous version.

You will also find a non-binding compare version of Appendix 1, Quality and Delivery Specifications to the General Terms and Conditions for Gas Transport version 23.0. The compare version indicates the changes made from the previous version.

The above-mentioned documents represent the documents with changes made by Energinet. However, should market participants have questions or comments to any other appendix to the General Terms and Conditions for Gas Transport and/or Terms and Conditions for GTF or Terms and Conditions for ETF are these welcomed by Energinet.
